OnePlus 7 Review and Specifications:
OnePlus 7 review and specifications is renowned for its low-priced flagship smartphones. True, from generation to generation they only became more expensive. In 2019, the manufacturer decided to “get back to basics” with the release of the OnePlus 7 review and specifications. And the first is somewhat cheaper than the second, which can attract buyers.
OnePlus 7 Price and release date:
The smartphone began selling almost immediately after the official presentation in mid-May. OnePlus 7 review initially goes on sale in Europe, China, and India. The basic version of the phone will cost $ 469 (30.3 thousand rubles), and the version with 8/256 GB is estimated at $ 539 (34.9 thousand rubles). Interestingly, the initial cost practically coincides with the price tag for the main competitor – Xiaomi Mi 9. Sales in Russia have not yet been announced, most likely, OnePlus 7 will start selling in our market in June-July.

OnePlus 7 Screen review:
“Seven” received almost the same screen as last year’s OnePlus 6T. It is a 6.41-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080 × 2340 pixels and an aspect ratio of 19.5: 9. There is still the same teardrop notch, which in 2019 does not look so fresh, especially against the background of solutions from competitors. The screen is covered with Corning Gorilla Glass. The fingerprint scanner built into the display is also in place. According to the manufacturer, it works faster than its predecessor.
Finding fault with the performance of the OnePlus 7 case is unlikely to succeed. This is a “sandwich” made of glass and metal. On the bottom edge there is a multimedia speaker, but when playing sound, OnePlus now uses the spoken one. The result is stereo with Dolby Atmos support. The design of the smartphone generally repeats the appearance of the OnePlus 6T. In total, the smartphone will be offered in two colors – dark gray and red. The latter is only available in Asia.
Processor, memory, communications:
The OnePlus 7 review received the top-end 2019 Qualcomm processor – Snapdragon 855 with 8 cores, clocked at up to 2.8 GHz. The video accelerator here is Adreno 640, so this smartphone will run all modern games at maximum settings. The phone is offered in two memory configurations – 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage, or 8/256 GB. By the way, OnePlus now uses UFS 3.0 flash memory, which is even faster. It will not be possible to expand the drive with a memory card, there is only space in the tray for two Nano-SIM.
OnePlus has traditionally spared no interface for its smartphones. The OnePlus 7 review has accurate Dual GPS, NFC, Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, and other modern telecom joys.
The smartphone still lacks a 3.5 mm audio jack, all wired connections are assigned to the USB Type-C port. Interestingly, unlike other manufacturers, OnePlus continues to include a Type-C to 3.5mm adapter in the package. Such concern about the buyer pleases me.
Although the “seven” is not positioned as a photo flagship, it received one of the most advanced main cameras on the market. This is a 48MP Sony IMX586 sensor with an f / 1.7 aperture. We saw it in other smartphones in 2019, and it has some trick – you can get 48 megapixels in a special mode, and 12-megapixel images are obtained automatically. Together with the main sensor, a 5-megapixel camera is installed here, which estimates the depth of the scene. Simply put, it is needed to take pictures with a blurred background. The smartphone has an optical stabilization system, which will allow you to get sharp photos and videos without shaking, shooting on the go.
The front camera in the OnePlus 7 review, located in the waterdrop notch, has a resolution of 16 megapixels and allows you to record FullHD video with electronic image stabilization.
In terms of autonomy, the seventh generation has not changed compared to its predecessor. The smartphone has a 3700 mAh battery capable of being powered by 20W fast charging. However, it is possible that the OnePlus 7 will last a little longer than the OnePlus 6T since the Snapdragon 855 chipset is more energy efficient.
